Guy Thomas
Guy Thomas is a singer, songwriter and musician who has recorded with and written for some of the major names in popular music. By the time he reached his teens, Thomas was signed as an artist with RCA Records and collaborated with a wide array of artists - as singer, songwriter and musician. Between tours he established himself in Los Angeles as a composer, writing and performing on local and national radio and television commercials.
In the late '80s Thomas signed with Chardax Music Publishing as a staff songwriter and had numerous songs recorded by artists such as Kenny Loggins, Carly Simon, Kenny Rogers and Smokey Robinson. He then accepted an offer to join Kenny Loggins's band as singer, songwriter and lead-guitarist. Both Thomas and Loggins were honored when then President Clinton and Vice President Gore proclaimed their song "Conviction of the Heart" to be the Environmental National Anthem of the United States.
